Overview

We are seeking a Content Manager, Digital Marketing + Media to join our North American Digital Marketing team to focus on enhancing and driving our content-marketing needs.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in content production, digital marketing and media to elevate and carve out a unique space at the intersection of culture, coffee, food and lifestyle for De’Longhi. Established experience in managing creative agencies, freelancers and media/publisher partners is a must. You will focus on driving engagement, brand differentiation and acquisition across the marketing funnel through your content development efforts.

 

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing + Media, this person will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development and execution of content-led marketing campaigns for De’Longhi. This role will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, partnering with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Channel, PR, eCom/eCRM and HQ. Coffee and espresso lovers are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Foster deep partnership and collaboration with Marketing Communications Managers, eCom/eCRM, social teams and other key stakeholders to lead, develop and execute content marketing needs across the funnel for owned, earned, paid and experiential
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to create strategic creative and content marketing briefs that leverage brand, consumer and channel data and insights and map back to business objectives
  • Act as key liaison to lead and develop the project plan, timing//key milestones, briefing process and integrated campaign project management
  • Partner with Social Team to provide brand consistency and collaborate on content development and assets
  • Partner with the Brand, Media, PR and Channel Leads on asset requests and asset management. Channels include but are not limited to De’Longhi-owned Channels (Brand Site/Landing Pages, Email, Events, PR, In-Box) and Paid Media + Partners (Video, DCO/Display, Paid Social, Publisher Content Programs, etc.)
  • Partner closely with the Digital Director and eCom team to keep the brand websites fresh and current as per agreed upon content marketing calendar and SEO requirements
  • Management and maintenance of creative assets, DAM and rights for all brand-owned assets.
  • Negotiation and management of scope of work efficiencies and economies of scale across agency, vendor, and other partners
  • Provide ongoing insights (brand, industry, competitive, market), trends, best practices and data on content marketing efforts and consumer engagement

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working experience in content marketing, project management and/or production; experience with a premium/luxury brand, digital media and/or entertainment a plus
  • Experience managing video and photoshoots as well as event production a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented - can carry out complex tasks flawlessly and with minimal oversight. Time management skills are vital to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and team skills, comfortable with presenting in groups as needed
  • Independent problem solver who thrives in solving new problems, knows how to pivot in a pinch and come up with creative solutions
