Digital Channel Marketing Project Manager (Trade Marketing)

We are looking to add a Digital Channel Marketing Project Manager who will collaborate with the Marketing and the Sales departments to ensure that all retailer marketing programs are executed in a timely fashion. This role is designed to assist with the building and growth of the relationships with our retail channel partners (online retailers, mass merchants, department stores, whole clubs, and specialty retailers) and for managing the customer experience at the channel level includin: online product listings, promotional campaign planning and execution, demand generation campaigns, building enhanced content and managing online review programs.

  • Bring our brand to life on the digital shelf
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team and the Sales team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Translate brand marketing plans into customer marketing actions
  • Assist with the Management of vendor solutions including Bazaar Voice Lead – Consumer Review Program
  • Develop and build close relationships with key partners and distributors
  • Find new ways to strengthen our presence with our retailers through site merchandising, digital marketing, product listings, enhanced content, reviews, etc.
  • Track the efficiency of the marketing programs and work with manager to re-tool as needed to improve key metrics
  • Ad-hoc retail projects, content creation projects, and digital asset creation


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, digital account management, or similar digital role
  • Understanding of digital, trade, and channel marketing
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects and ensure timely deliverables and deadlines are met
  • General understanding of website design and online social media platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Exceptional time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate Brand needs, provide proactive recommendations and solutions
  • Very good verbal and written skills to deliver effective presentations to both trade and internal meetings
  • Proficiency using Project Management tools and/or Excel to track projects
  • Experience using the following software or platforms preferred but not necessary: Photoshop, BazaarVoice, Widen, Salsify, Amazon A+, WebCollage,
  • Must be skilled in using the following Microsoft Office Suite applications: Excel (pivot table experience preferred), PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% or more
