    We are currently recruiting for a Digital Project Manager who will support the digital, email, and eCommerce initiatives for De’Longhi Group North America (across the US and Canada).  This role will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and will liaise with both Digital Headquarters and Agency Partners. The ideal candidate is creatively, technically and digitally savvy with a passion for marketing and all things digital. She/he will also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to offer proactive solutions and recommendations to ensure continued success.



    • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager across programs and initiatives to proactively conceptualize, innovate and continue to push status quo to grow the business and meet and exceed KPI’s
    • Work and communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and headquarters stakeholders and external Agencies to fulfill Digital Marketing deliverables on time, and within budget
    • Create project timelines and track complex projects through all stages of creative development - from briefing to production and final delivery; maintaining/adjusting workflow as needed
    • Manage, in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager, SalesForce eCRM agency and North American program
    • Manage the flawless execution of custom, branded projects
    • Support management of day-to-day operations of multiple eCommerce sites, digital campaign creative assets and email program
    • Assist in the definition of project specifications and requirements and work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to establish and ensure objectives and KPIs (as well as internal benchmarks) are met
    • Manage and update ticketing system with Global HQ Digital team on an ongoing basis for all campaigns
    • Create creative and tactical briefs for Agency partners
    • Act as the Brand Guardian ensuring established style guides and playbooks are adhered to
    • Manage digital marketing budgets, PO’s and invoices with Finance and HQ team; ensure all vendor partners are properly onboarded and Legal documentation is implemented as per HQ audit-guidelines
    • Collaborate on Quarterly Digital Content calendars and Planning



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Previous experience managing multi-faceted marketing programs
    • 3+ years’ experience in project management, marketing, or similar digital role
    • Knowledge of and/or experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud, or other automated marketing platforms, a plus
    • Previous experience working in a similar environment and managing creative/digital agencies
    • Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
    • Exceptional time management and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate Brand needs, provide proactive recommendations and solutions
    • Strong knowledge of brand advertising and marketing
    • Proficiency using Project Management tools and/or Excel to track projects
    • Knowledge or hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
    • Knowledge or hands-on experience with the following, a plus: Content Management System knowledge and aptitude; HTML; Adobe Creative Cloud / Photoshop; Digital marketing best practices; copywriting, content development and photography
